Face to face appointments at the Neaman Practice
Healthwatch City of London have received confirmation from the team at the Neaman Practice that patients are entitled to request a face to face appointments with their doctor.
Patients should now be given the choice between a virtual or face to face appointment when booking. Please let us know if you are refused this request on info@healthwatchcityoflondon.org.uk.
