The report covers public questions and feedback from the What Future our NHS? meeting organised by Healthwatch City of London and Healthwatch Hackney at Amnesty International UK's HQ in Shoreditch on 8 March.
More than 70 City and Hackney residents and professionals attended the event, keen to find out more about integrated commissioning and grill local health and care leaders.
The report includes information on what is happening locally to bring health and care services together and questions from the public and from the panel of speakers.
